Who we are
Our website address is: https://jsphotos.co.nz.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, I collect the data shown in the comments form. I also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string. This helps us detect spam.
An anonymised string (hash) is generated from your email address. This string may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public alongside your comment.
Cookies
You can opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is applicable if you leave a comment on our site. These are for your convenience. You do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may contain embedded content such as videos, images, or articles. This embedded content functions the same way as if you visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you. They may use cookies and embed additional third-party tracking. They may also monitor your interaction with the embedded content. This is especially true if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
To fulfill your order, any information provided for ordering will be shared with the third-party printer.
How long we retain your data
When you leave a comment, I keep the comment and its metadata indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognise and approve follow-up comments instead of holding them for moderation.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request an exported file of your personal data. This includes any information you’ve provided. You can also ask us to delete any personal data we have about you. We must keep some data for administrative reasons. Legal or security reasons also require us to keep certain data.
Where your data is sent
I use an automated spam detection service to check visitor comments.
Any information provided for ordering will be sent to the third-party printer to complete your order.
