Delivery Policy

At Jacqui Stokes Photography, I am committed to delivering your artwork safely and efficiently. Below are the details of My delivery process, including timelines, shipping methods, and important information regarding international orders.

Processing Time

All products are printed and shipped by our trusted third-party partner, Prodigi. Please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be printed before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Times

I include the cost of shipping in the price of each product. Depending on the item, your order will be shipped using one of the following methods:

  • Budget Shipping: This option has slower delivery times and is typically sent via an untracked service. Shipping may take 7–14 days after the printing process is complete.
  • Standard Shipping: Depending on the destination, this method may be tracked or untracked. For larger items, a tracking number will be provided, and I will forward this information to you once your order has been shipped. Shipping takes 7–14 days after printing.

International Orders

Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact me immediately with details. I will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

I aim for all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you’re unsatisfied with your print, we offer a return and refund policy detailed below:

Faulty, Misprinted or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged print, I’ll replace it free of charge. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your damaged order to request a replacement.

Please include your order number, a photo of the damage, packaging, and any other relevant details.

If I require the original back, I will pay for the cost to return it. 

Change of Mind

Since all my prints are made to order, I regret to inform you that I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size choice.

I suggest taking your time to choose the perfect print for your space. If unsure, please contact me before making your purchase. One helpful tip is to cut a sheet of paper to the size of the print and stick it to the wall to visualize how it will look.
