Explore “What We Leave Behind,” a captivating photo revealing urban abandonment and human traces. This image combines different things found around town, showing what people leave behind and making us think.

It all started with finding a couch under a bridge—inspiring the creation of this powerful photo. Inspired by seeing the couch on the path, I was lead to think about more human traces nearby.

Exploring quiet streets, I found urban relics to capture with my camera, preserving them for all to see. Graffiti adorned weathered walls, a fading testimony to human expression. Amidst the cracks of forgotten buildings, weeds stubbornly thrived, reclaiming their space amidst the neglect.

Every detail captured carefully, the photo came together, telling a story of abandonment and strength in the community. Through my lens I transform ordinary objects into thought-provoking symbols, urging viewers to reflect on life’s fleeting nature and our impact.
