Returns Policy

I aim for all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you’re unsatisfied with your print, we offer a return and refund policy detailed below:

Faulty, Misprinted or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged print, I’ll replace it free of charge. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your damaged order to request a replacement.

Please include your order number, a photo of the damage, packaging, and any other relevant details.

If I require the original back, we will pay for the cost to return it. 

Change of Mind

Since all my prints are made to order, I regret to inform you that I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size choice.

I suggest taking your time to choose the perfect print for your space. If unsure, please contact me before making your purchase. One helpful tip is to cut a sheet of paper to the size of the print and stick it to the wall to visualize how it will look.
